General terms and conditions

I have kept the terms and conditions very short to make them clear and easy to understand. If you have any further questions, please contact me.

Shipping

I generally send the stilts as an insured parcel with DHL. I only charge the actual costs incurred by the transport company. As a guide, you can expect the following costs per pair of stilts:

approx. 10 euros within Germany

approx. 25 euros within Europe

worldwide - on request.

However, it always depends on the size and weight of the parcel! Write me what you want and I will promptly send you an offer.

Collection in Freiburg is possible by arrangement.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, I will send you the invoice by email when the stilts are on their way.

Return

You can return the stilts within the first 3 weeks of purchase if, for example, you don't like them. You will then get your money back. If the stilts show signs of heavy use, an appropriate amount will be deducted. You bear the costs of the return.

Warranty

Please contact me immediately if there are any problems with the stilts.

During the first 3 years I will repair any damage free of charge that is not due to improper use, storage or transport.
